FMP- week 2 (2)

I talked to my tutor and discussed about the function and location for my pod. Over the Easter break, I came to a decision that I will design a pod house that can be attached to existing buildings, such as skyscraper, flats, abandoned houses etc... It is an idea that came to my mind, where I want to create more living spaces without taking up the ground spaces.

I was suggested to use masking tape and attach my model on the edge of the table or the pillars, so I can take photographs of my model being attached to something. This allows me to get a sense of how it looks when it is attached.

The model is made up of rectangular solids, where it has many right angles so it fits perfectly on the edge of the table.

I used masking tape to attach my model to the edge of the table and the leg of the table. When I was making my model I did not decide on where the front or the back of my pod is, so I played around with my model changing the positions and took pictures of it.

What I will do for the next college day is to gather and bring in the lists of items that I will need for the collaboration between the 3D and fashion group.
