FMP - week 7 (2)

I am still continuing finishing my models. It is taking much longer than I imagine it to be, especially the fact I have to go over the styrene sheet.

I used a machine that can saw through many things very quickly. Instead of cutting the stairs, bathroom, the roof and floor by hand using a Stanley knife, I thought of using that machine. I was taught by a technician on how to use it and about the health and safety. It was very straightforward, so I got used to using it very quickly. In less than half an hour I got all the interiors and the roof and the floor cut and ready for me to stick into my model.

What did not work well is that the UHU glue that I used to stick both of the models takes long to dry, and was not able to assemble my flat properly together. I ended up using the glue gun. However, it is hard to control the amount of glue that comes out from a glue gun, so you can see a lot of glue around my flat model. This is the reason why I wanted to avoid using glue gun and brought myself new glue, UHU, which also has its disadvantages.
